I’ve recently discovered a lovely company based in Cornwall who will provide you with an instant organic vegetable or herb garden! As a working mum with a toddler and two jobs this strikes me as a fantastic idea.

Awarded ‘Good Housekeeping’s Food Awards 2007, Rocket Gardens will deliver to you a selection of organic vegetables and herbs which you simply pop into their new home when they arrive.

The seedlings are grown from soil association certified seeds and are brought on in unheated greenhouses. This means that the plants you receive are strong, healthy and hardy. The plants are grown in a fuly organic environment, even the water used on them is taken straight from the river.

I think one of their boxes would make a lovley present for someone but they do also offer gift vouchers.
